Job Qualification
  •  6 years of minimum experience in development, maintenance, testing & support of RSA Archer 6.x eGRC applications with good exposure to SDLC processes in Agile methodology
  •  RSA Archer Developer/Administrator, CISSP & ITIL certification are required
  •   Should have thorough knowledge on Archer Modules like: Issue Management, Policy Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Operational Risk Management.
  •   Must have the knowledge of end to end life cycle of development/implementation of use Cases in Archer tool
  •   Good Hands-on experience with customization & configuration of RSA Archer, Metricstream and other GRC tools
  •   Experience with integration, data Feeds, configurations & notifications
  •   Experience in creating fields, reports, iView's and dashboards in Archer tool
  •   Extensive experience in configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Events & Notifications in Archer
  •   Experience in Archer integration with other platforms or systems Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills
Job Summary*

The Information Security Consultant supports all the GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) Lifecycle activities and initiatives which encompass the automation of Policy Management, Compliance Management, Risk Assessments and Management, Security Operations, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Change Management and on-demand solutions.

The Analyst will be fully functional in the use and understanding of the GRC methodologies, systems, and will assist different teams such as Compliance, Risk and Government in keeping all systems and documentations up to date and reflective of organizational security.

Responsibilities
  •  Enhance & maintain processes and workflows for systems within Archer GRC platform, including reports, iViews
  •  Support the team through design, development, creation & implementation of the Use Cases within the eGRC application
  •   End to End configuration of the new and existing Archer applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, notification, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, etc.
  •   Develop code for integration with other applications such as service now, database, qualysguard etc.
  •   Installation , up-gradation, resolve platform & end user related issues
  •   Write custom objects using jquery, xml, xslt and sql scripts
  •   Perform admin tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration) Debug performance issues
  •   Perform testing & migration support into different environments
  •   Gather requirements, perform analysis and estimation
  •   Prepare formal project documentation including requirements specifications, system design documents, current & future state diagrams, use cases and user manual
  •   Excellent interpersonal, organization, analytical, problem solving, communication, and prioritization skills
  •   Advanced presentation skills and oral and written communication skills
  •   Advanced analytical skills
  •   Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  •   Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint
